All supplies are GM free and many of the ingredients are sourced locally and organically produced where possible.

Organic milk from Clever Cow Organics, fresh organic bread from Saker Bakery, Organic ice-cream from Just Jenny’s, free-range eggs from Staups Lea Farm, fresh produce when in season from Incredible Edible Todmorden growing scheme and local beers from Little Valley brewery.
